Booking Enquiry Form & Booking & Cancellation Statement Booking & Cancellation Statement We get several booking enquiries for rooms in season. In the event of cancellations, alterations or reductions of numbers by the guest we will undertake to negotiate our loss and to re-let the room at similar rates. The guest has made a reservation which constitutes a contract between themselves and Eileen Cohen. The guest will be responsible for the loss incurred in the event that the room remains unoccupied or occupied at a lower rate. The cancellation charge will reflect the actual loss. Any postponement of confirmed bookings will be regarded as cancellation. Damage We reserve the right to charge for replacement, cleaning or repair of any item belonging to Eileen Cohen or repair to the fabric of the building itself, damaged willfully or where reasonable precautions have not been taken. Accessability We have a private car park. The entrance gate is too narrow for large lorries or trucks, but Ice Cream vans pick ups or large cars will have no problem. All our bedrooms are upstairs and we are sorry but we are unable to provide a lift facility. We are happy to help people upstairs or carry luggage upstairs for you. We have good Wi-Fi reception and most mobile phones work at various points around the house.
