Directions
If you are choosing to use a Sat Nav please type in the post code SA44 5JX or Ffostrasol in order to find us. There are 3 Bwlch Y Groes near us and the other two appear on the map. We are on the A486 just past the Chapel Hall.

From the M4
Follow signs to Carmarthen. From Carmarthen follow signs towards Lampeter, then take several left turns towards Llandysul. From Llandysul follow signs towards Newquay on the A486. Once you reach Bwlch y Groes, (past Croeslan), you will see first the Chapel, then the Chapel Hall on the left. We are the large creamy yellow Edwardian building next on the left. Please allow room to turn into the drive and signal well in advance.

From Aberystwyth
Take the coast road towards Cardigan. At Synod Inn take the A486 left towards Llandysul. You will see the Ffostrasol Arms on your right. We are aproximatley 1 mile past the pub. At the top of the hill you will reach Bwlch Y Groes. You will see a traffic sign warning of a right turn ahead. Our entrance is opposite this sign on the right. Be careful to signal right from your entrance into Bwlch Y Groes at the top of the hill.

From Lampeter
Folow signs towards Llandysul. Once you reach Horeb turn right on the A486 towards Newquay. We are on the left, past the Chapel Hall at Bwlch y Groes.
